CHIC Flowers is a luxury floral studio that designs for the hospitality and corporate calendar as well as for weddings: conferences and incentive programs, brand launches and press previews, galas and awards dinners, and the seasonal moments a luxury hotel is judged on, from Valentine's Day and Easter brunch to Mother's Day, the Fourth of July, and the Christmas installation in the lobby. We work with hotel catering and conference-services teams, brand event producers, and their agencies, and we build on structures we own, so the same partner can handle a single VIP dinner or a full-property holiday program.

Luxury hotels and resorts: catering and banquet teams who need one floral partner they can hand to a corporate client, a conference services manager who needs a general-session stage that reads on camera, and a general manager who wants the lobby to tell guests what season it is. High-end brands and their agencies: fashion, beauty, jewelry, automotive, and hospitality brands staging launches, press previews, pop-ups, and VIP dinners in Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, and San Diego.
Our wedding work sets the standard for the corporate work: the same designers, the same flower sourcing, and the same installation crew of twenty-five, scaled to a ballroom, an atrium, or a rooftop.
Conference and meeting florals: registration and welcome desks, stage and lectern pieces, breakout rooms, sponsor lounges, speaker and VIP dinners, and multi-day programs with refreshes. Brand launches and activations: a hero installation built around the product, floral walls and photo moments, product-display florals, and overnight builds with same-night strike. Galas and awards dinners: entrance moments, mixed-height centerpieces for several hundred guests, stage and podium florals.
Seasonal and holiday programs: lobby trees, garlands, and entrance canopies for Christmas; Valentine's dinners; Easter and Mother's Day brunches; Fourth of July rooftop and pool-deck parties; New Year's Eve galas; and standing weekly lobby, restaurant, and spa florals the rest of the year. Interactive florals: staffed build-your-own flower bars for Mother's Day, Galentine's nights, holiday parties, and brand activations, and hands-on floral workshops for teams led by our designers.
Corporate work runs on paperwork and timing, so we are set up for both: certificates of insurance with additional-insured endorsements, vendor onboarding, W-9s, loading-dock and freight-elevator scheduling, security check-in, overnight install windows that keep public spaces guest-ready, and strike on the hotel's clock. We confirm each property's requirements for open flame, fire-retardant treatment, and lift work before we design, and we design within them.
For repeat clients we build programs rather than one-off quotes: a seasonal calendar for a property, a standing lobby rotation, or an annual holiday installation on structures we store and refresh year to year.
January brings the holiday strike and a clean, bright reset. February is Valentine's weekend in the restaurants and bars. Spring is Easter brunch and the first garden installs, then Mother's Day in May. Summer is rooftop, pool-deck, and lawn events through the Fourth of July. Autumn turns to conferences and incentive programs, then Thanksgiving, and from mid-November the lobby becomes the Christmas installation that carries the property through New Year's Eve.
