Easter Brunch and Spring Florals for Hotels

Buffet and station florals, an entrance garden, and a lawn moment for the egg hunt, installed before the first seating.

CHIC Flowers designs Easter brunch and spring florals for luxury hotels and resorts in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County: buffet and carving-station arrangements placed with food service in mind, an entrance garden installation, pastel table florals for a multi-seating brunch, and a tasteful lawn moment for the egg hunt. Everything goes in early on the morning of service and can be paired with a spring lobby refresh that carries the property from Easter into May.

Florals that work around a buffet

A brunch buffet is a working line, so florals have to earn their place. We design station arrangements that sit behind or above the food, never where a guest reaches, in vessels that stay put when the line moves. Carving stations, the raw bar, and the pastry table each get a scaled piece in the same palette, and the host stand and the entrance to the dining room get the fuller arrangements that set the tone. Placement is agreed with the property's food and beverage team so nothing is near an open flame or a serving surface.

The spring palette

Easter florals should feel like the season rather than the holiday. We build with tulips, hyacinth, ranunculus, sweet pea, and flowering branches like cherry, quince, and dogwood, in pastels that lean sophisticated: butter yellow, blush, lilac, and fresh green, with white as the base. Moss, bulbs in terracotta, and nests of twig and feather read as spring without reading as a craft store.

For a property that prefers restraint, an all-white-and-green spring scheme with branches and tulips works just as well for Easter and carries straight through to Mother's Day.

Entrance gardens and the egg hunt

A spring entrance garden, built on a structure we own and dressed with branches, bulbs, and tulips, gives the property its photo moment for the weekend. On the lawn, we design the egg hunt as a garden too: floral markers and baskets, a dressed arch where families gather, and a dedicated photo point for the Easter bunny appearance, all tasteful enough to sit in front of a luxury resort.

Early install, multiple seatings

Easter brunch is often the busiest meal of the year for a resort restaurant, with two or three seatings and a quick turn between them. We install in the early morning before the first seating, with table florals designed to look right through the last seating without a reset, and we strike after close or the next morning on the property's schedule. Where the brunch is tented or outdoors, structures are weighted for spring wind.

Frequently asked questions

Can florals go on the buffet itself?+
Yes, in the right places. We position arrangements behind or above the line and away from serving surfaces and open flame, and we agree placement with your food and beverage team in advance.
How early do you install on Easter morning?+
Before the first seating, usually in the early-morning window the property sets. Entrance and lawn installations can go in the day before where the property allows.
Will the table florals last through three seatings?+
Yes. We design the tables to carry every seating without a reset, using blooms that hold up in a warm dining room and vessels that stay put during turns.
Do you design the egg hunt area too?+
Yes. Floral markers, baskets, a dressed arch, and a photo point for the Easter bunny, designed to look like a garden rather than a party store.
Can the Easter install become a spring lobby program?+
Yes. A spring entrance garden and lobby arrangement installed for Easter can be refreshed and carried through Mother's Day as one scheme.
