A floral concept built around the product, installed overnight and gone before the next tenant arrives.
CHIC Flowers designs florals for product launches, brand activations, press previews, and showroom events for luxury brands and their agencies in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. The concept starts with the product, its color, material, and mood, and becomes a hero installation, a photo moment, and display florals that keep the product in focus. We build on quick turnarounds, work under NDA, and coordinate load-in and strike with the venue and the agency.

Real wedding imagery is being curated for this page.
A launch floral should look like it belongs to the brand, not to a florist's catalog. We start with the product and the campaign: a fragrance's notes, a handbag's hardware and leather tone, a car's paint finish, a skincare line's packaging palette. From there we choose flowers, foliage, and vessels that echo those materials, so a satin-finish launch gets velvety petals and matte ceramics, and a chrome-heavy launch gets sculptural anthuriums and polished metal.
We present the concept as a mood board with sourcing notes, so the brand's creative lead can approve the direction before anything is ordered.
Most launches need one image that travels: an entrance arch, a ceiling installation over the product plinth, a floral wall with the logo integrated, or a sculptural piece that becomes the backdrop for every post. We build these on structures we own, engineer them for the venue, and design them so the product or the guest, not the flowers, is the subject of the photograph. Where a step-and-repeat feels dated, a floral or botanical backdrop with discreet branding does the same job with more charm. A staffed flower bar, stocked and wrapped in the brand's palette, turns an activation into something guests carry out the door and post.
Display florals frame the product without touching it: low pieces around plinths, bud vases along a tasting bar, a single stem beside each press kit. We map the room with the agency so the flow from arrival to hero moment to product to departure makes sense for press and creators, with photo opportunities placed where the light is best and the crowd will not bottleneck.
Launch venues are often booked tight, so we plan overnight installs and strike immediately after the event. Our team of 25 or more lets us staff a build that goes in after midnight and comes out before a lunchtime handover. We sign NDAs as a matter of course, keep unreleased products and campaign details off our channels until the brand publishes, and do not post event imagery without written approval.
We slot into the agency's production schedule: concept approval, site visit, build plan, load-in window, strike. Venue requirements such as certificates of insurance, freight access, and rigging approvals are confirmed with the property before the build is finalized. Scopes are quoted per project; our cost guide explains what drives the number. Send the brief, the date, and the venue for a complimentary consultation. Alona reviews every inquiry personally and responds within one business day.
