Corporate Event Florist in San Diego

Conference, gala, launch, and holiday florals for luxury hotels, resorts, and brands, from a downtown studio.

CHIC Flowers is a San Diego corporate event florist for luxury hotels, resorts, and high-end brands. From our studio at 770 First Avenue downtown, we design and install conference and meeting florals, gala and awards-dinner tablescapes, brand launch and activation builds, holiday and seasonal lobby installations, and standing lobby programs. We serve the convention district, the Coronado and Del Mar resort corridor, La Jolla and UTC campuses, and North County, with a 25-person production team and structures we own.

Corporate events in San Diego

San Diego runs a year-round meetings calendar: convention-week receptions downtown, biotech and tech offsites in La Jolla and UTC, incentive trips at the coastal resorts, and brand events that use the water as the backdrop. Each has a different floral job. A conference needs registration, stage, and breakout pieces that read on camera and survive three days. A gala needs a room transformed for one night. A launch needs a single idea executed at scale.

We design for all of them from one studio ten minutes from the convention center, which means short load-in drives, same-day refreshes, and a crew that can be on property quickly when a program changes.

Hotels and resorts

The properties corporate planners ask about most are the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, Hotel del Coronado, Park Hyatt Aviara, Rancho Valencia, The Lodge at Torrey Pines, Pendry San Diego, The US Grant, and Estancia La Jolla. Each has its own banquet rhythm, dock, and vendor requirements, and we confirm those with the property before we design rather than assuming them.

For hotel catering and conference-services teams we work as a preferred-vendor-style partner: fast proposals from a BEO or floor plan, renderings when the client needs to see it, certificates of insurance and vendor paperwork on request, and an install and strike schedule that fits the room turn.

Brand launches and activations

Brand work in San Diego tends to be experiential: a product reveal at a resort, a press dinner in a private room, a pop-up in La Jolla or at a waterfront venue, or a hospitality suite during a convention. We translate a brand's palette and campaign into florals and built elements, from a single sculptural moment for photography to a full room, and we build on structures we own so the piece can be engineered for the space rather than improvised on site.

Holiday and seasonal programs

Hotels in San Diego decorate for a long season, from Thanksgiving through New Year's, then turn quickly to Valentine's Day, Easter brunch, Mother's Day, and summer. We design holiday lobby installations, trees and garlands scaled to the architecture, and the seasonal dining-room and brunch florals that follow, on one annual calendar so the property is never scrambling for a vendor in November.

Standing programs, where the lobby and public spaces are refreshed weekly, are designed the same way: one palette brief, a set schedule, and a crew that knows the building.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design corporate events in San Diego?+
Yes. We are based downtown and design conference, gala, brand launch, holiday, and lobby florals for luxury hotels, resorts, and brands across San Diego County.
How much lead time do you need for a hotel event?+
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most single events; holiday installations and large launches are best booked two to three months ahead. We can move faster for a late program when the scope is clear.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance and vendor paperwork?+
Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance naming the property and complete the hotel's vendor forms on request, and we confirm dock, timing, and setup requirements with the property before install.
Do you install hotel holiday decor in San Diego?+
Yes. We design and install lobby trees, garlands, and seasonal installations, then refresh for Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day on one annual calendar.
Can you run a program across several properties?+
Yes. For hotel groups or brands with several San Diego locations we design one brief and schedule installs so each property is refreshed on the same cadence.
