Hotel Lobby Flowers & Standing Floral Programs

A signature arrangement guests remember, refreshed on a schedule your front office never has to think about.

CHIC Flowers designs standing weekly and biweekly floral programs for luxury hotels and resorts in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County: the signature lobby statement, front-desk and concierge arrangements, restaurant and bar florals, spa and suite touches. Each program has a fixed delivery window before guest traffic, a seasonal design rotation, a vessel plan, and a replacement schedule, quoted monthly so the property budgets once and the flowers simply appear.

The signature lobby arrangement

Most luxury properties want one piece that defines the arrival: a large-scale arrangement on the lobby table or console that guests photograph and remember. We design it to the architecture — ceiling height, sightlines from the entrance, the lighting at check-in — and to a palette that holds across the week. Branches, orchids, anthurium, and structural tropicals carry a long rotation; garden roses and peonies appear as accents where the schedule allows a mid-week refresh.

Front desk, restaurant, bar, and spa

Beyond the statement piece, a program usually covers smaller arrangements at the front desk and concierge, bud vases or low florals for the restaurant and bar, and quiet, unscented pieces for the spa and treatment rooms. We keep scent deliberate: fragrant blooms where the property wants them, scent-free varieties near dining and spa spaces, and nothing that competes with the hotel's own signature fragrance.

Suite and VIP-arrival florals can be added per request and billed on the same monthly invoice.

Rotation, vessels, and longevity

Programs rotate by season so the lobby never reads the same for months on end, with upgraded designs for Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, the holidays, and any property-specific dates. Vessels can be the hotel's own, a set we supply and maintain, or a mix; we track which vessel is where and rotate them for cleaning.

Replacement is on a schedule, not a complaint: weekly or biweekly delivery, with a mid-cycle check where the lobby climate or sun exposure shortens vase life.

Delivery windows and house standards

Deliveries land in the window the property sets, typically early morning before guest traffic, through the dock or service entrance. Our team arrives in uniform, works quietly, removes the previous week's pieces, wipes the surfaces, and is gone before the lobby fills. We confirm each property's standards for vendor conduct and access at the start of the program.

How a program starts

Share the property, the spaces you want covered, your delivery window, and the look you have in mind, and we'll propose a program with a monthly figure. Properties such as The Lodge at Torrey Pines, Hotel Bel-Air, and The Resort at Pelican Hill are the kind of settings we design standing programs for. Alona reviews every inquiry personally and responds within one business day; the consultation is complimentary.

Frequently asked questions

How is a lobby floral program priced?+
As a monthly figure covering design, flowers, delivery, installation, and removal for the agreed spaces and cadence. Holiday upgrades and one-off VIP pieces are quoted separately or added to the monthly invoice.
How long do lobby arrangements last?+
Designed for the cadence: a weekly program uses blooms that hold seven days in lobby conditions, a biweekly program leans on branches, orchids, and tropicals. We check mid-cycle where sun or climate shortens vase life.
Can you deliver before our guests are up?+
Yes. We set a fixed early-morning window with the property and work through the dock or service entrance so the lobby is finished before guest traffic.
Can the program use our hotel's own vases?+
Yes. We design to your vessels, supply our own, or combine the two, and we track and rotate pieces for cleaning.
Do you need a vendor agreement to start?+
We provide a certificate of insurance naming the property as additional insured, a W-9, and a short program agreement covering cadence, spaces, and the monthly figure.
