Luxury Brand Event Florals

Launches, press previews, VIP dinners, and activations, built overnight and struck the same night.

CHIC Flowers designs florals for luxury brand events across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego: product and collection launches, press previews, VIP and influencer dinners, pop-ups and activations in settings such as Rodeo Drive, Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, and Westfield UTC, and standing store and showroom florals. We match brand color and material standards exactly, build the photo moment, work under NDA and embargo, and install overnight so the space opens on brand at the hour the agency sets.

Brand standards, matched exactly

A launch floral is a brand asset, not decoration. We work from the brand book: Pantone references for bloom and ribbon color, approved and prohibited varieties, vessel finishes, and the logo clearances a photo moment has to respect. Samples are built and photographed under event lighting for the agency's approval before the full order is placed, so the florals that appear in press images are the ones that were signed off.

Launches, previews, and VIP dinners

For a product launch we design the hero installation — a floral wall, a sculptural arch, a suspended piece over the product plinth — and the supporting florals that carry the palette through the room. Press previews need restraint and perfect close-up detail, because the flowers end up in the frame with the product. VIP and influencer dinners call for long low tablescapes that photograph from a seated phone, with place settings left clear for the brand's own pieces.

Fashion, beauty, jewelry, fragrance, automotive, and hospitality brands each bring a different vocabulary, and we design in the brand's register rather than ours.

Pop-ups, activations, and store florals

Retail activations run on mall and landlord rules: after-hours access, protected flooring, fire-rated materials, and strict quiet strike. We build pop-up installations on structures we own so they travel between a Rodeo Drive boutique, a Fashion Island courtyard, and a South Coast Plaza atrium without redesign, and we scale them to each footprint. Standing weekly florals for a boutique or showroom are available as a program alongside the event work. For in-store and pop-up activations we also run staffed flower bars in the brand's palette, so guests leave with a bouquet and a photograph.

NDAs, embargoes, and overnight installs

We sign the brand's or agency's NDA, keep unreleased product and campaign details inside a named crew, and hold imagery until the embargo lifts. Installs run overnight or in the closed-store window the landlord allows; strike is the same night the event ends unless the brand keeps the installation for a run of days, in which case we schedule refreshes. One producer on our side is the agency's single point of contact from brief to strike.

Frequently asked questions

Can you match our brand colors exactly?+
Yes. We work from Pantone references and the brand book, source varieties to match, and build a sample under event lighting for approval before the full order is placed.
Will you sign an NDA for an unreleased product?+
Yes. We sign the brand's or agency's NDA, limit the install to a named crew, and hold all imagery until the embargo lifts.
Can you install overnight in a mall or boutique?+
Yes. We work within the landlord's after-hours access, flooring protection, and fire-rated material rules, which we confirm with the property, and strike quietly the same night.
How much lead time does a launch need?+
Three to five weeks is typical for sourcing and sample approval; large floral walls or custom structures need longer. Repeat brands with an approved palette can move faster.
Do you work directly with agencies?+
Yes. One producer on our side is the agency's single point of contact from brief through strike, and we fit our timeline to the run-of-show.
