VEA's look is light and coastal — pale wood, white, and natural textures — so florals here work best when they feel fresh and unforced: white and ivory with sage and eucalyptus, soft blush, or sandy neutrals, in loose garden-style shapes. For evening receptions we add warmth with candlelight and deeper accents.
Outdoor ceremonies at VEA look over the harbor and, on clear days, to Catalina. We design open arches and low aisle florals that frame the view, weighted for the bluff-top breeze, with blooms that hold in bright coastal light.
The resort's ballroom and event spaces suit a relaxed-luxury centerpiece program — mixed heights, loose garden arrangements, and candlelight — with a head table or sweetheart backdrop as the focal point. Outdoor receptions pair well with lanterns and lower designs.
We build suspended installations, floral walls, and entrance pieces for the ballroom, and plan ceremony pieces that can move into the reception, all on structures we own.
We coordinate timing and access with the resort's events team and confirm any requirements at the walkthrough. VEA is a short drive from our other Newport Beach venues, and we design across the area regularly.
