Pelican Hill's style is Tuscan and Palladian — warm stone, columns, terracotta, and olive and cypress in the landscaping — set against the blue of the Pacific. Florals that work here echo those tones: garden roses, ranunculus, olive and eucalyptus, white and ivory with soft apricot, blush, or warm neutrals. We design each wedding to feel native to the resort rather than placed on top of it.

Ceremonies at Pelican Hill are typically held outdoors with the ocean behind the couple. We design arches, pillars, and aisle florals weighted for the coastal breeze and chosen to hold up in sun and sea air, orienting the structure so the water sits behind the couple in photographs. For couples marrying under the rotunda, we design florals that respect its architecture and keep the circular sightlines open.

Reception flowers and centerpieces

The resort's ballrooms and terraces take both classic and modern design. We plan a centerpiece program — tall statement pieces, low garden-style arrangements, or a mix — sized to the room and the guest count, with a head-table or sweetheart design that reads as the focal point. For couples who want a showpiece, we design suspended installations, floral walls, and ceiling-scale pieces for the ballroom, and garden-style installations for the lawns and terraces. We own our structures, so custom builds do not depend on third-party rentals.

We coordinate every installation with the resort's events team — timing, access, and the move from ceremony to reception — and confirm any venue requirements at the first walkthrough rather than assuming them.
