The rotunda — iconic oceanfront ceremony
The Pelican Hill rotunda is one of the most recognizable luxury wedding ceremony sites in California. The open Italianate dome, the Pacific backdrop, and the afternoon light make it extraordinary. For Indian weddings, we typically build contemporary round mandaps or modern four-pillar structures that work with the rotunda's existing architecture rather than obscure it. Mandap floral here tends lighter than at a ballroom because the rotunda's architectural details carry significant visual weight on their own.
Outdoor havan at the rotunda is possible with Orange County fire permit and protective setup. We coordinate the permit filing and fire marshal attendance.
Grand Salon and Mar Vista terrace
The Grand Salon is Pelican Hill's primary indoor ballroom, supporting sangeet and reception productions for up to four hundred guests with dance floor.
