Boutique and Showroom Florals

A standing floral program for luxury stores, salons, and showrooms, delivered before opening and matched to the brand.

CHIC Flowers runs standing weekly and biweekly floral programs for luxury boutiques, private salons, and showrooms across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. Each store gets an entrance statement, florals for the cash wrap and consultation tables, and arrangements for fitting-room lounges and VIC salons, all in vessels and a palette matched to the brand's interiors and current campaign. Deliveries land before opening, the program follows a seasonal calendar, and multi-store brands get one standard across every location.

Where flowers work inside a luxury store

The entrance statement is the piece a client sees from the sidewalk and again when they leave; it sets the scale of the room and should be the one arrangement that changes noticeably week to week. The cash wrap and consultation tables want low, long-lasting pieces that never block a conversation or a tray. Fitting-room lounges and VIC salons are where clients spend the longest, so we place softer, more fragrant work there, sized to the furniture. Showrooms with a product on a plinth get florals that frame it and never compete with it.

Vessels and palette that belong to the brand

We propose a small family of vessels drawn from the store's materials: the stone of the cash wrap, the lacquer of the cabinetry, the metal finish of the fixtures. The brand approves them once and we keep them in rotation, so the program looks designed rather than delivered. The palette follows the current campaign and the season, with a brand-neutral base of whites, greens, and the brand's signature tone, and we adjust it when a new collection lands or a window changes.

Scent is part of the brief. Near fragrance counters and leather goods we keep florals unscented or lightly scented so the product's own notes carry the room; in a salon or lounge, a scented stem can be the point.

Delivered before opening, on a calendar you can see

Weekly or biweekly deliveries arrive before the first client, with the previous week's pieces removed, vessels cleaned, and the new arrangements placed and photographed for the store's regional team. The program runs on a shared seasonal calendar: spring and summer palettes, the autumn collection, holiday windows, Lunar New Year or Valentine's where the brand marks them, and the reset after each. Launch weeks and in-store events layer onto the standing program without a separate onboarding.

One partner across several stores

A brand with a Rodeo Drive flagship, a South Coast Plaza store, and a Fashion Island or La Jolla location gets one design direction, one vessel family, one delivery standard, and one point of contact for all three. We hold insurance and vendor paperwork for the landlords and centers involved and confirm each location's delivery access and timing with the store director and, where required, center management. Pricing is quoted monthly per store, with the brand's approval on any seasonal upgrade before it is built.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can a standing in-store program start?+
Usually within two to three weeks: a site visit, a vessel and palette proposal, the brand's approval, and the first delivery. Multi-store programs take a little longer so every location opens with the same standard.
Do you deliver before the store opens?+
Yes. Deliveries land before the first client, the previous arrangements come out, vessels are cleaned, and the new pieces are placed and photographed. Timing is agreed with the store director and, in a center, with center management.
Can the florals follow our campaign colors?+
Yes. The palette is built from the current campaign and the brand's signature tone and changes when a new collection or window lands. We confirm color references before each seasonal shift.
How do you handle scent near fragrance or leather goods?+
We keep florals near fragrance counters and leather unscented or very lightly scented so the product's own notes carry, and reserve scented stems for lounges and salons where they add to the experience.
Can one program cover stores in different cities?+
Yes. We run programs across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego with one design direction, one vessel family, and one point of contact, quoted monthly per store.
