Campaign-led floral installations for boutique windows and facades, installed overnight and kept fresh for the run.
CHIC Flowers designs and installs window and facade florals for luxury boutiques on Rodeo Drive and Beverly Drive, at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza, and in La Jolla and Fashion Valley. The concept comes from the season's campaign and the product in the window, the scale comes from the glass and the frontage, and the build comes from our own structures. We install overnight before opening, return for scheduled checks and refreshes, and strike on your merchandising calendar, working under NDA where a launch is embargoed.

Real wedding imagery is being curated for this page.
A luxury window has one job: stop the person walking past and say something true about the collection behind the glass. We start with the campaign imagery, the hero product, and the colors and materials the brand is leading with that season, then translate them into botanical form: a single sculptural mass in one color, a cascade that frames a handbag at eye level, a graphic grid of stems that reads from across the street. The visual merchandising team keeps ownership of the window; we design the floral layer to serve their composition, including sightlines to mannequins, product plinths, and signage.
Scale is decided on site. We measure the glass, the depth of the display bay, the facade above the entrance, and the distance a passer-by stands from the window, and we build to those numbers rather than to a standard size.
Launch week calls for fresh flowers, and we design them to hold under window lighting and afternoon sun with daily or every-other-day checks. For a window that runs three to eight weeks, we build the structure in preserved botanicals or premium faux that reads as fresh at viewing distance, then layer in fresh accents on a weekly schedule so the display never looks static. The two can be combined in one window, and we recommend the mix after seeing the light, the glass, and the climate of the display bay.
Retail installs happen after close and finish before the first client of the morning. We plan the night with the store director and the visual team: access and alarm windows, protection for floors and fixtures, where mannequins and product sit while we work, and the lighting check once the florals are in. For stores inside a center, we confirm the center's installation and material guidelines with center management in advance and schedule through them where required.
Weekly service visits are quiet and quick: a water change, a swap of any stem past its best, a dusting of preserved elements, and a photograph sent to the brand so a regional team can see the window without visiting.
We build on armatures we own, which means no third-party rental fee on the structure and a frame that can be re-dressed for the next campaign. At strike we remove everything, reset the bay to the visual team's spec, and store the structure for reuse. Multi-store programs across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego get one design, one install standard, and one point of contact.
Send the window dimensions or a photo, the campaign direction, the install date, and how long the window will run, and we will come back with a concept and budget range for a complimentary consultation. Alona reviews every inquiry personally and responds within one business day.
