The drivers behind a quote, how projects and standing programs are priced differently, and typical ranges.
Brand, retail, and launch florals are priced on scale, flower density, the structures and rigging a piece needs, when the labor happens, how many days the florals must hold, and what it takes to strike. Launches, press dinners, and activations with a hero installation commonly run $8,000 to $40,000; multi-store window programs and full holiday retail installations start in the mid five figures; standing boutique programs and gifting are quoted monthly or per send. This guide explains each driver so a brand or agency can brief us precisely and read a proposal without surprises.

Scale sets the floor: a hero installation sized to a vehicle or a storefront costs more than one sized to a dining table because it needs more stems, a larger structure, and more hands. Density is the next lever, since a dense monochrome wall uses several times the flowers of an airy one at the same footprint. Structures and rigging add engineering and labor, though we build on frames we own, so there is no third-party rental fee on the structure itself. Timing matters: overnight and after-hours installs, which most retail and launch work requires, carry a labor premium over a daytime load-in.
Duration changes the material. A one-night launch uses fresh flowers throughout; a two-week window needs preserved elements or premium faux for anything behind glass in the sun, with fresh accents refreshed on a schedule. Gifting adds delivery logistics across three counties, and strike is quoted as its own line because a same-night strike after a late event is a second crew call.
A launch, a press dinner, or a window takeover is priced as a project: one proposal covering design, sourcing, fabrication, install, and strike. A standing program, weekly boutique or showroom florals, a seasonal window calendar, or a gifting program, is priced monthly or per send, which lowers the cost per piece because sourcing, vessels, and delivery routes are planned across the year. Many brands combine the two, with a standing program and two or three projects a year, and we quote them together so the pieces share a palette and a vessel library.
Every proposal includes concept and design, sourcing, fabrication of any structures, delivery, installation by our crew, and strike. A design fee covers the creative work before a project is confirmed; it is credited against the project when it goes ahead. Minimums depend on the format and the date: a December window installation carries a higher minimum than a spring press breakfast, and we state the minimum in writing with the proposal so there is nothing to interpret.
As a planning guide, and subject to scope: launches, press dinners, and activations with a hero installation commonly fall between $8,000 and $40,000, with the position in that range set by the size of the hero piece, the number of secondary moments, and whether the install is overnight. Multi-store window programs and full holiday retail installations typically start in the mid five figures and scale with the number of doors and the length of the season. Standing boutique and showroom programs and gifting are quoted monthly or per send once we know the frequency, the vessel standard, and the delivery footprint.
Send the date or season, the venue, store, or showroom, the format, the brand palette or launch assets, the guest count or number of doors, and the hours we can install and strike, and we will return a scope and budget range for a complimentary consultation.
