Installations scaled to a vehicle, keyed to the launch color, and built to clear paintwork and open hoods.
CHIC Flowers designs florals for automotive launches, model reveals, press drives, and media days across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. A car is large, reflective, and the only thing the cameras are there for, so the florals have to be scaled to it, keyed to its launch color, and kept off it entirely. We build the reveal moment, the arrival and driveway florals, the hospitality lounge, and the dinner, on structures we own, with an agency's producer as the point of contact and strike after the last guest leaves.

Real wedding imagery is being curated for this page.
A reveal is a single beat: the cover comes off, or the wall opens, and the car is there. We design the installation that frames that beat, a floral arch or wall the vehicle sits inside, a mass of blooms behind it in the launch color, or a structure that conceals the car until the reveal and then reads as its backdrop. Scale is the first decision. A piece that looks generous in a ballroom disappears beside a vehicle, so we size installations to the car's length and roofline and to the camera position the producer gives us.
Everything is built on structures we own, assembled on site, and designed so nothing touches, leans on, or sheds onto the vehicle.
Most launches have a hero color, and the florals should be in conversation with it rather than matching it flatly. A deep green car reads against ivory and bronze; a signature red asks for near-monochrome whites with a single red accent; a pearl white car can carry the whole launch palette in the flowers. We confirm the color with the agency against a paint sample or the launch assets, then source and test blooms under the event lighting before committing.
Arrival florals frame the drive and the entrance so the first photograph of the night already carries the launch palette. For press drives and media days, where guests cycle through a hospitality base between drive loops, we design the check-in, the lounge, and the refreshment stations for a full day under daylight, with blooms that hold in heat on a coastal or canyon route and florals kept clear of the vehicle staging area so cars can move freely.
Paintwork, open hoods, and carbon trim set the rules. No water near the vehicle, no pollen-heavy blooms within reach of a breeze, no vessels on any surface of the car, and no stems that can scratch when a guest leans in. We agree clearances with the producer and the vehicle handler, install after the cars are positioned and detailed, and keep the crew clear of the staging area during the event. Strike happens after the last guest and before the transporters load.
Share the launch date, the venue or showroom, the vehicle and its hero color, the reveal format, and the guest count, and we will outline a design direction and budget range for a complimentary consultation. We work under NDA and embargo for unannounced models. Alona reviews every inquiry personally and responds within one business day.
