How discretion works on our side

We sign the client's NDA before the first site visit when asked. The crew list is limited to the people who need to be in the room, each briefed on the rules for that event, and our own channels show nothing from the build unless and until the client clears it. Where a client asks, we arrive in unmarked vehicles and plain clothing, use the service entrance and the security check-in the venue assigns, and keep paperwork and renderings on a need-to-know list. None of this is extra; it is how a talent-facing event is produced.

Premieres, after-parties, and award season

An after-party or awards dinner is a large room with a short install window and a very fast photograph. We design the arrival and the photo moment to read in one frame, dress bars and lounges so every corner photographs, and keep table florals below the eye line so guests can see each other and the cameras can see the guests. Install happens in the hours the venue gives us, often after a screening or ceremony lets out, and strike happens the same night.

Hospitality suites and green rooms get calmer florals: scent-light, low, and durable, placed where talent will sit and be photographed, with water and stems checked between arrivals.

Gifting suites and talent gifting

For a gifting suite the florals set the room and often become part of the gift. We design the suite's arrival and the brand vignettes so each sponsor's product sits in its own palette, and we produce wrapped stems or small arrangements for talent to take with them, branded only as far as the brand wants. Deliveries to dressing rooms, trailers, and hotel suites run on the publicist's schedule and are confirmed by name with the contact on site.

Private estate events

Private events at estates in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu, Rancho Santa Fe, and La Jolla are produced from the ground up: freestanding structures weighted for canyon and coastal wind, power and access planned with the planner and security, a rain plan agreed in advance, and a strike that leaves the property exactly as we found it. We build on structures we own, so a tented dinner, a garden arrival, or a pool-deck lounge can be fabricated in our studio and assembled on site in a single install.

Last-minute changes and how to start

Talent events change late. A guest count moves, a room is swapped, a color is pulled the morning of the event. We hold stems and crew for exactly that, and we take changes from the producer or publicist without a renegotiation on site. Share the date, venue, the contact who runs the event, and as much of the brief as you can under NDA, and we will outline a design direction and budget range for a complimentary consultation.
