Multi-day Indian and fusion weddings across Santa Monica's most storied luxury hotel.
Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica is one of California's best-layered luxury Indian wedding venues. The property spans a main hotel, the historic Bungalows lawn, a century-old Moreton Bay fig tree, and rooftop terraces with Pacific views — letting a single wedding week stage mehndi, sangeet, ceremony, and reception across distinct outdoor and indoor spaces without transporting guests off-site. CHIC Flowers designs Indian, South Asian, and fusion weddings at Fairmont Miramar with full multi-day production scope.

Venue facts
The century-old Moreton Bay fig tree at Fairmont Miramar is among the most distinctive ceremony backdrops in Southern California. Massive sprawling branches create a natural canopy that frames outdoor mandap installations beautifully. Ceremonies here feel transported rather than staged. The Bungalows lawn adjacent to the fig tree accommodates 150–250 guest ceremonies with intimate scale.
Outdoor havan under the fig tree is possible with Santa Monica fire permit. Coastal fog and occasional onshore winds affect installation planning — we build reinforced floral rigging for outdoor installations.
The Starlight Ballroom supports sangeet and reception productions up to 350 guests with contemporary ballroom design. The Miramar Ballroom offers a second indoor option with distinctly different aesthetic — Spanish-Mediterranean influenced with warmer detailing. Multi-day weddings can rotate the two ballrooms across different event days for visual variety.
Rooftop pool terrace accommodates cocktail hours, intimate dinners, and smaller ceremonies with Pacific and Santa Monica Pier views. Evening light on the rooftop is exceptional for sangeet or mehndi productions that benefit from golden-hour timing.
