Ballroom chuppahs and grand receptions on Wilshire and Rodeo.
The Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, is the grand Beverly Hills ballroom hotel — Rodeo Drive at the door, the Grand Ballroom and Le Grand Trianon upstairs — and one of the Westside's landmark settings for large Jewish and Persian-Jewish weddings. CHIC Flowers designs the ballroom chuppah, the sofreh aghd where there is one, and the full reception: centerpieces for long guest lists, head-table and stage florals, and installations scaled to the rooms.

The hotel lists its largest ballroom at 14,300 square feet with banquet seating for 880, and a chuppah that would fill a garden can disappear in a room that size. We scale the structure up — taller posts, a fuller canopy, corner arrangements with real mass — and design the aisle so the walk to the chuppah carries the eye forward: aisle arrangements, candle runs, or a petal path. Where the hotel approves rigging, a suspended chuppah is one of the most dramatic things the room can hold; otherwise a freestanding four-post chuppah built to the room's proportions is the dependable choice.
Many couples hold the ceremony in Le Grand Trianon and the reception in the Grand Ballroom, or the reverse, with cocktails in the foyer or on the second-floor terrace above Rodeo Drive between. Two rooms means two installs on one timeline and a flip we plan with the hotel's banquet team: chuppah florals that become the stage or sweetheart backdrop, aisle pieces that move to the bar and the escort table, and a centerpiece program that can be set in the Ballroom while the ceremony runs next door.
The hotel is popular with the Persian-Jewish community, and weddings here often pair the chuppah with a sofreh aghd and run to several hundred guests. We design the sofreh as part of the chuppah composition, plan centerpieces for long tables and large rounds, and carry the palette from the ceremony through to a reception that often runs late with dancing. Ketubah signing and the bedeken happen in a suite or a smaller salon upstairs, and we dress those spaces to match.
Where the wedding uses a kosher caterer, we coordinate installation timing with the hotel and the mashgiach. Load-in is scheduled with the hotel's banquet team, which matters on a Rodeo Drive address with limited street staging; we confirm the hotel's rigging, candle, load-in, and setup requirements at the walkthrough. A Saturday-night wedding begins after Havdalah, so the ballroom install window is set with the hotel and we staff for it.
