Grand Ballroom and oceanfront ceremony
The Grand Ballroom supports sangeet and reception productions up to approximately 450 guests. Coffered ceiling and classical detailing create a backdrop that works for both traditional and contemporary floral aesthetics. Mandap installations in the Grand Ballroom run twelve-by-twelve to sixteen-by-sixteen footprints with appropriate floral density for the room's scale.
The oceanfront bluff lawn accommodates outdoor ceremonies with unobstructed Pacific view — one of the most dramatic mandap backdrops in Orange County. Outdoor havan at the bluff lawn works with Orange County fire permit and coastal wind protective setup.
Multi-space productions
Multi-day Indian weddings at Waldorf Monarch Beach often rotate mehndi in the pool courtyard, sangeet in the Grand Ballroom, ceremony on the bluff lawn, and reception in the Grand Ballroom again or in the Marquesa Pavilion. The resort's events team is experienced with Indian wedding coordination and multi-day installation access.
The Marquesa Pavilion offers an additional ballroom option for smaller sangeets, rehearsal dinners, or family welcome events. Intimate garden courtyards support mehndi and haldi productions at 80–150 guest scale.
