Modern luxury Indian and fusion weddings at Beverly Hills's newest flagship property.
Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is one of the newer luxury hotels on the Beverly Hills scene and has quickly become a preferred venue for modern and fusion Indian weddings. CHIC Flowers designs Indian, South Asian, and fusion weddings at Waldorf Astoria across the Grand Ballroom, rooftop pool terrace, and Jean-Georges restaurant spaces. The property's contemporary architectural language pairs particularly well with modern mandap designs and fusion-leaning celebrations, while still accommodating traditional Hindu and Sikh ceremony requirements.

Venue facts
The Grand Ballroom supports mid-scale sangeet and reception productions up to 300 guests. Modern architectural detailing, clean ceiling lines, and ample height create a backdrop that works for both traditional and contemporary floral aesthetics. Mandap installations in the ballroom run twelve-by-twelve to fourteen-by-fourteen footprints with floral density calibrated to the room's scale.
The Astor Ballroom and smaller private event rooms accommodate intimate pre-ceremony events — small mehndis, intimate family dinners, or breakout sangeet performances for smaller guest counts.
The rooftop terrace is one of Beverly Hills's most distinctive event spaces — an elevated pool deck with Beverly Hills skyline views, outdoor ceremony capability, and sunset photography appeal. Intimate Hindu and fusion ceremonies work beautifully on the rooftop with 100–150 guest capacity. Evening sangeets on the rooftop terrace are visually dramatic with the city as backdrop.
Outdoor havan on the rooftop is possible with Beverly Hills fire permit and appropriate protective setup. Our Beverly Hills fire-permit experience extends to this property.
