Historic Victorian beachfront Indian and fusion weddings at San Diego's most iconic luxury resort.
Hotel del Coronado is one of California's most historic and photogenic luxury resorts — a Victorian beachfront hotel established in 1888 on Coronado Island, San Diego Bay. CHIC Flowers designs Indian, South Asian, and fusion weddings at the Del with palette direction that integrates Victorian architectural character with Indian wedding aesthetic traditions.

Venue facts
The Crown Room, built in 1904, is the Hotel del Coronado's most iconic event space — crown-jewel ceiling architecture, original detailing, and ballroom scale for 250–350 guest productions. Mandap installations here balance the room's distinctive Victorian character with appropriate Indian ceremonial density.
The Grande Hall and Windsor Lawn accommodate larger productions up to 500 guests. The Windsor Lawn oceanfront ceremony setting provides dramatic Pacific views as backdrop for outdoor mandap installations.
The property's beachfront setting offers unique ceremony options — oceanfront mandap on the Windsor Lawn, intimate ceremonies on the beach directly (with wind-and-sand logistical considerations), and terrace ceremonies with Victorian facade backdrop. Each setting carries distinct photography appeal.
Outdoor havan with San Diego fire permit is supported at most ceremony sites. Coastal wind affects outdoor flame management; we build protective windscreens into mandap installations and maintain indoor contingency with Crown Room or Grande Hall as backup.
