Cliffside ceremony and ballroom
The Bay Club's cliffside ceremony lawn overlooks Santa Monica Bay with Pacific backdrop. Mandap installations here work beautifully at contemporary round or traditional four-pillar silhouettes; the ocean view is the scene-stealing element so our floral density tends toward elegant rather than dominant.
The ballroom supports reception and sangeet productions up to approximately 300 guests. Coastal climate requires reinforced outdoor rigging and indoor weather contingency for outdoor ceremony installations.

Bel Air Bay Club operates as a private club with member-sponsorship requirements for non-member wedding events. Families booking here typically work through member connections or the club's events team on eligibility. Scale is intentionally intimate — the club does not accommodate very large productions.
Outdoor havan with LA City fire permit is supported at the cliffside ceremony setting. Coastal wind affects flame management; we build windscreens into mandap installations.
