A chuppah on the Windsor Lawn

The Windsor Lawn puts the Pacific directly behind the couple, which makes it one of the most photographed chuppah settings in Southern California. We build freestanding chuppahs weighted for the ocean breeze, choose blooms that hold up in sun and salt air, and orient the structure so the water frames the ceremony.

Because coastal weather can change, we plan an indoor backup with the hotel and design the chuppah so it can move inside if needed.

Crown Room receptions

The Crown Room's distinctive ceiling and Victorian detailing call for florals that complement the architecture rather than compete with it. We favor layered low-and-tall centerpieces, head-table designs, and palettes that suit the room's warm wood tones.

For larger guest counts, we design for the hotel's bigger ballrooms and scale the program accordingly.

Bedeken, ketubah, and kosher coordination

We design a bedeken setting for the bride and a ketubah-signing table for the tisch or pre-ceremony signing, often in a suite or smaller room at the hotel. Where the wedding uses a kosher caterer, we coordinate installation timing and access with the hotel team and mashgiach.
